This 6-day tour offers the chance to explore several corners of El Parque Nacional Canaima, and the opportunity to get familiarized with its diverse ecosystems, fauna, flora, and the indigenous people that make this magical place their home. While staying at several lodges in the area you will visit Quebrada de Jaspe, Cortinas de Yuruani, Salto Kamá (65 meters tall), views of Roraima and other tepuys, rapids of Kamoirán, a visit to the indigenous community Iboribó, boat trip through the Aponwao River; and many other interesting places like a visit to the town on the border with Brazil. All trips are done in 4-wheel drive vehicles.

About Posada Angostura - Ciudad Bolívar
Situated in close proximity to Plaza Bolívar, in the historic center of the city, this handsome 2-story
colonial house has a typical courtyard with a fountain and filled with tropical plants. The upper terrace affords great views of the Orinoco River and the Angostura Bridge. The posada consists of 7 ample rooms with private bath, hot water, and AC.
About El Campamento Yakoo
Campamento Yakoo, extending approximately 7 hectares, is located in a spectacular panoramic setting the heart of La Gran Sabana. A dense jungle where visitors can birdwatch and observe other diverse flora and fauna borders the camp. A river runs through the property and creates a natural pool where guests can swim. The camp consists of 7 handsome cabins, designed in a rustic indigenous style, blending with its surroundings. Each room is equipped with two beds, private bath, and hot water. There's a large churuata (indigenous hut), with great views that serves as common area and dining room where wholesome and fresh dishes are served. The owners: Xiomara and Manfred Frischeisen, personally attend their guests.
About Rápidos de Kamoirán
Owned and operated by Pemón natives, this posada exhibits a rustic and authentic feel of the area. There are 25 comfortable rooms with private bath (cold water), in stone buildings with wood shingle roofs. Large and nicely appointed restaurant with ample menu.
About Campamento Chivatón
Twelve basic and comfortable rooms with twin beds and private bath (cold water) in a one-story building, natural swimming pool in small stream nearby.
